Invicta Holdings Limited and all its subsidiaries and associated companies, (“the Invicta Holdings Group”) is committed to combating corruption, bribery and anticompetitive collusion, through the thorough implementation of an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (“this Policy”).
Privacy Policy
The company process Personal Information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPI). In terms of POPIA, a Responsible Party has a legal duty to process a Data Subject’s Personal Information in a law abiding, legitimate, and a responsible manner, and in accordance with the provisions that the POPI act makes.
